Reports & Resources Reports

Basic Progress Bar (browser only)

UDOIT provides a Reports area where you can view a history of scanning and issue resolution activity for your course content and files. You can also download your reports in PDF or CSV format.

Depending on your institution's settings, you may see this enhanced Reports area (released early 2025) or our Classic Reports. UDOIT Admins may upgrade the Reports view by enabling the Scorecard Home page in the UDOIT Admin Settings.

Reports

UDOIT users will be able to choose from multiple Report Types. For each, they can select a Duration (from Current to 30-180 days), to view historical report data. Each Report Type will display a graph, followed by a table of data. Hovering over the graph will provide specific numerical counts for each tracked metric.

There is an option to Generate CSV to export the table of data for offline use.

Report Types:

Scorecard

Graph of scorecard score over last 30 days, showing a slight decrease in average total score, and a larger decrease in average category score

The Scorecard report tracks the Average Total Score and Average Category Score for the account/subaccount.

The score might go down reliably, when you are rolling out UDOIT, as more course content is scanned and more errors are found (or at the beginnings of semesters/school years, as new content is added).

However, you'll be able to check the Remediations report to see how your accessibility efforts are progressing.

Issue Count

graph showing the current issue count, with content errors as the highest bar by far, content suggestions next, and very minimal files with issues and total file issues

The Issue Count provides a total count for each of the following categories:

  • Content Errors
  • Content Suggestions
  • Files With Issues
  • Total File Issues
Content & File Items

graph of Content & Files Items over the last 90 days, showing an uptick in total content and total content used

The Content & File Items report shows a total count for each of the following categories:

  • Total Content
  • Content Used
  • Total Files
  • Files Used
Issue Type

graph showing the current distribution of specific issues found by UDOIT

The Issue Type report helps you identify specific issues that are occurring frequently and affecting your students, as well as how those numbers change over time.

This can help prove the efficacy of accessibility training over time, as well as inform which specific items still need to be addressed.

When looking at historical data for this report, you'll be able to toggle on or off as many of the specific issues as you'd like, to focus on what you need to see.

Remediation

graph showing remediations made through UDOIT over the last 30 days, with the content fixed category climbing dramatically during the past ten days

Hopefully, this is your most exciting report! 🥳

Remediation shows all the ways content is being fixed and made more accessible with UDOIT, and you can track these metrics over time to watch your institution's content accessibility improve.

Do your reports look different than the ones above? You're likely seeing our Classic Reports.
