Rider OIT Help Desk
In the event you encounter any type of technical issue, you should reach out to the Rider University Help Desk for assistance. The Help Desk can assist you with a variety of services such as your Rider Key access, G Suite, and Canvas.
Please note, while the Help Desk can answer basic questions regarding your device (such as web browser settings), they cannot fully support your personal laptop or tablet device.

In addition to the OIT Help Desk, Rider is proud to offer Canvas Support 24/7/365 directly from Instructure. This means, for any Canvas-related issue, you can directly contact Instructure for immediate support. Here's how to contact them:
