Customize the Style Working with iframes

Most of the ways that videos and other external content are brought into Canvas involve using iframes which are notoriously painful to work with. The Style iframes tool can help with that.

Because iframes are hard to select in the rich content editor, the Style iFrames tool will build out controls for each iframe in the content. The following list describes tool options:

Source: The URL for the video or other embedded content.
Width: The width of the iframe in pixels
Height: The height of the iframe in pixels
Ratio Lock: When locked, changing the width or height will cause the iframe to increase in size at the same proportions. If unlocked, width and height can be adjusted independently
Reset Size: Return the iframe back to the size it was before you started adjusting it
Alignment: Float the iframe to the left or right of the text, center it, or reset back to the default
Scale Proportionally: iframes will never be wider than the visible content. The Scale Proportionally option will adjust the height of the iframe when the width changes
Fill Width: This option will cause the iframed content to always fill as much of the screen as possible. Fill Width can be used in combination with Scale Proportionally so that the iframe resizes nicely.
Delete iframe: Because iframes are hard to delete in the rich content editor there is a delete iframe button in the top right of each control that can be used to delete an iframe
